Greetings Fiendish VIPS!   

I'm so happy you're here, it means you believe in this little business, and you really like us, or you just are as mad as we all are and keep sticking around for the ridiculousness of it all.  

In any event, thank you from the depths of my dark heart for being here!   This is my first EVER blog post, so its going to be brief.  No, seriously, I've never ever done anything like this before in my life.  And I bet some of you haven't either, so strap in and lets go for a little ride.

This private VIP section is exclusively for you all to keep up to date on the goings on with the business; our monthly features that are exclusive to you, and a space for you to provide your honest feedback so we can continue to improve on both offerings and service.  I hope that you are comfortable enough to do that, as without your honest feedback, we dont know what we need to improve upon.   Some things, we can't help - rising costs of coffee and supplies is one (more on that in another post)- and finding reliable help is another.  Otherwise, I'm dedicated to providing the best cup of coffee, chai, matcha, or heck, even water if you'd request that.  So please know that the morgue door is always open.  Feel free to share your thoughts.  This blog should be set up so comments can be left (I think so - again, this is my first time and I have little clue how to set this up...haha)  If you'd prefer to share your thoughts privately, feel free to send me an email or message, or share when you stop by.  

In a few days you will receive an email with notification that your VIP cards have arrived.  Since you are now VIP, you wont have to worry about keeping track of the punch cards.  I believe we've set this program up so the rewards are greater than the free drink.  You'll just need to carry your NEW VIP card with you to redeem your free birthday drink, or that super secret special exclusive only to you as an Eternal Perks Guild Member.   

I'm working with a few people to get t-shirts and hoodies designed (FINALLY!) and will be launching a new scent and flavor of wax melt and lip balm in the coming weeks.  There's also plans for more stickers, mugs, and tumblers.   In that vein, what would you think of having a reusable cup sleeve?  I had a company reach out to me and sent some very cute spooky cup sleeves that are knitted from yarn that is made from ocean bound plastics.  Personally, I love the concept and the sleeves are so cute and on brand.  But, is this something you would use if we offered it?

Our Dead Poets Society Menu will drop September 2, and is a delicious cornucopia of fall flavors.  throughout the spooky season, we are collaborating with Empress Coffee Co in Avonmore to raise some funds for Champions Crusaiders Rescue with the purchase of one of our cold brew bevs.  That announcement will be coming this week, so keep your eyes peeled for the social media posting.
